Rich Naturals Inc. was founded by JP Ramandev, who has been perfecting the art of food dehydration since 1998. After speaking with farmers and processors, JP realized many wanted to preserve surplus produce but faced barriers, industrial dryers were expensive, stationary, and inaccessible for small to medium-sized operations. Using his expertise in agribusiness and chemistry, JP designed a transportable, low-temperature, energy-efficient dryer that could be moved between farms, packhouses, and processors as necessary.
